PRIORITY-DB-HSTxxDB-R  <value-1-199>          (Default = 85)            

Specifies the process priority of a MOMI server for database operations relating to the HSTxxDB files.  These files are used for storing performance information.

Specifically, this keyword controls the priority for initial, or possibly long running, read operations against the files.  It is suggested that this priority be rather low.
